Sonic the Hedgehog 3

| Official Trailer (2024 Movie) Ben Schwartz, Jim Carrey, Keanu Reeves

The trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 kicks off with Sonic (voiced by Ben Schwartz) zooming across Green Hills, happy and carefree. But his narration hints at an incoming threat: “I thought I’d seen it all…but some things are too fast, even for me.” Cut to Dr. Robotnik’s lair, where he (played by Jim Carrey) is devising his biggest plan yet, alongside a mysterious figure in the shadows. A flash reveals Knuckles (Idris Elba) and Tails (Colleen O’Shaughnessey) standing with Sonic, ready for whatever comes next.

The screen goes dark before flashing to the chaotic entrance of Shadow the Hedgehog, his iconic red-and-black fur glowing under the moonlight. He’s an intense, brooding figure, and the trailer reveals that he has been engineered by Robotnik as the ultimate weapon, faster and stronger than Sonic himself. As Shadow speeds through a city, causing destruction, Sonic realizes he’s met his match.

The action ramps up with scenes of Sonic and Shadow facing off in various locations: speeding through a neon-lit city, fighting in a crumbling laboratory, and racing through an underground cavern. Shadow’s abilities, including his Chaos Control, give him an upper hand, leaving Sonic on edge. The stakes become even higher when Robotnik steals the Chaos Emeralds, planning to use their power to control both Shadow and a powerful, monstrous robot.

In an emotional twist, Sonic learns about Shadow’s tragic past and his connection to Robotnik’s family legacy. This realization sets the stage for a deeper conflict: will Shadow choose to join forces with Sonic and Knuckles, or remain loyal to Robotnik’s manipulative control?

The trailer climaxes with a massive battle as Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails confront Robotnik’s mechanical giant, with Shadow hovering in the background, torn between sides. The final scene shows Sonic extending his hand to Shadow as he says, “We don’t have to be enemies.” Shadow pauses, his face unreadable as the screen cuts to black.
